WELCOME TO CHAPARRAL ATHLETICS REGISTRATION
WINTER REGISTRATION OPENS OCTOBER 23, 2024 AND CLOSES
NOVEMBER 17, 2024
All Athletes must be registered, have a current physical on file, and Participation Fee must be paid before they will be cleared to participate. You will receive an email from the Athletic office from this site when you are cleared.
Physical Examination
Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination on file in the Activities office before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. You can upload your physical to your student's account when you register or anytime when you receive a new form from the doctor. CLICK HERE for a copy of the physical form. Physicals are good for ONE YEAR.
Registration Process:
1. Complete the athletic registration below including uploading an UP TO DATE physical.
2. Go to myschoolbucks.com and complete the $200 participation fee (additional team fees may apply, they vary per program)
3. You will recieve confirmation once your athlete is cleared.
NOTE: ATHLETES WILL NOT BE CLEARED UNLESS A PHYSICAL IS UPLOADED IN THERE ACCOUNT
IT IS REQUIRED TO USE THE CHSAA PHYSICAL FORM LINKED ABOVE PER CHSAA
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR HOMESCHOOLED, ONLINE, CHARTER OR PRIVATE SCHOOL, AND SCHOOLS WITHOUT A SPORT ONLY:
All students homeschooled or enrolled in private or charter schools, or schools outside our district that do not have sports who wish to participate in an CHS sport must enroll into CHS as an athlete only for the purpose of extracurricular activities. You will not be able to pay the participation fee in My School Bucks for Chaparral sports until this has been completed and processed. Please email tsundine@dcsdk12.org to start the process. Per DCSD this process will have to be redone each school year.
**NON-CHAPARRAL STUDENTS COMPETING IN CHAPARRAL ATHLETICS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SEND GRADES WEEKLY**
PARTICIPATION FEE ON MYSCHOOLBUCKS MUST BE PAID TO PARTICIPATE
Within two weeks of tryouts, if an athlete chooses not to continue participating in his/her sport, a full or partial refund may be given. Athletes that are cut from their sport will be refunded. After the Athletics Office receives verification from the coach you receive a full refund of the athletic participation fee
